How Can I Increase My Penis Naturally?

There is many methods to enlarge the male reproductive organ (penis enlargement) but they all rely in the same fundamental principle.

Beginner's Guide to PE Methods
To start PE, you can do so with only 2 simple and safe exercises One is for length and the other one is for girth. Use one or the other or both depending on what you want to modify.
Manual stretching
The way to perform the stretch is to form an OK grip with your thumb and forefinger and place that grip just below the penis glans. To ease the grip, you can use baby powder or simply toilet paper wrapped around the head/shaft, or a sport grip spray rated for skin exposure. If uncircumcised, the foreskin should be retracted to avoid excess force placed on it and to ensure transmission of the maximum force from your hands into the shaft while pulling. Grip tight enough to avoid slippage but loose enough to let blood circulate into the penis glans.
Now, pull straight out with light force to begin with, adding more strength to your pulls as you get used to the sensation. Continue to gently add more force until you feel the base begin to feel tight and a strong resistance is felt. Keep on this level of force until you feel your hand sore and tired. This occur typically after 30 seconds to a minute. Switch hand necessary and you should do that daily for at least 15 minutes. The most important thing to keep in mind is to respect your limit. If you were to feel or see something that is unusual such as pain, numbness, tingling or discoloration, you should stop immediately the exercise to avoid an injury.
Kegel Clamping
This exercise is also known by some PE practitioners as ballooning. To perform it, form an OK sign grip with your thumb and your forefinger at the base of your flaccid penis with the palm of your hand facing you. The grip should not be too tight. Circle the shaft tightly and kegel in blood to the shaft above your grip. Be sure your foreskin is retracted. To add blood, slightly open the grip and kegel in some more blood. Continue to allow more and more blood in by opening and closing your grip. Always return to the tight grip seal like it was when you started initially when flaccid after you are done kegeling in the blood.
As you add increasingly more blood, the entire shaft and head will begin to feel tighter and start to become slightly painful with the stretching sensation. The glans will become shiny and stretched very tight. At this point, hold that grip/pressure and dwell on that overall stretching pain sensation. You can squeeze the grip tighter to increase pressure as well. Hold as long as you can (30 or more seconds up to a few minutes depending upon grip strength/stamina) and then reset and repeat until a total of 5 minutes have gone by.
At the 5 minute mark, release your grip and massage the shaft and glans to restore circulation for 2-5 minutes (also helps preventing discoloration) and then start another 5 minutes expansion session. Minimum work out time required to get result is 15 minutes once every 2 days but for faster results, you can do up to 30 minutes (30 minutes total time = 15 minutes of exercise).
Final words…
You must be aware and know that PE is a very long process and that results are varying from man to man. This is due to physiology differences in penises from man to man.
The golden formula in the PE world is Stress + Time = Growth!
The presented exercises are very potent and will give you result if you spent enough time doing it. The main problem with them is that they are extremely time demanding. There exist other methods that may or may not give faster results but their main benefit is that they free up your hands so that you can do other things as you exercise. You could read, watch a movie or even work at the same time.
The only thing to be careful is choose which method to use as some are ineffective and some others are simply dangerous.
